A Half day during holiday care is either 7am to1pm or 12pm to 6pm; please note that some days where we have planned an outinga half day may not be available.

 

Additional charges may apply for trips, Outingsor other special events; we always try to keep these to a minimum and canadvise you of these costs closer to the time.

 

Registration feepayable when registering to use the service, due annually in April;

                                                Terms applicable to all customers

All places must be booked in advance,

All fees must be paid either weekly or monthly in advance,

 A latepayment charge of £12 per month will apply in all cases where fees have fallen into arrears,

Paymentwill be accepted by standing order or BACS transfer or childcare vouchers;   payment can also be made over the counter directly into our bank account at the Penicuik Branch of Royal Bank of Scotland.

 An extra premium rate of £5.00 will be made for each child not collected by 6pm,

An additional £5.00 will be charged for each half hour thereafter,

14working days notice is required to cancel a booked space, otherwise full charge will be made,

We do not supply lunches and will make a charge of £3.00 for any lunch we supply to a child,

Property

 

We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings except where the loss or damage has been caused by the actions or negligence of Ickle World Childcare staff. Lost property will be stored securely and be available daily should you need to find something, we will do our best to ensure children are taking care of their personal belongings but do not accept the responsibility for them, labeling of children's clothing is highly recommended.

Children can bring a change of clothing for after school care if you would like them to as there will be  outdoor play on days where weather permits.
